Did the first version for Visual Sketch Date last February using just oil/wax crayons. Finally decided to use the crayon as a base and finish it with oils. This is the result. See just the crayon version here!

Finally finished and framed the painting of grandson Noam and daddy Shabtai!!! Will be bringing it to them tomorrow... I kind a like how it turned out...not to happy about how Shabtai turned out...hard to do likenesses especially family!!!

WDE May 22 2009-Mandavilla and Petit Casino finished
I finally finished the Petit Casino and the Mandavilla crayon sketch.
I am really not happy with the casino oil and really need some good constructive advise. I think I tried to put too much in such a small A4 format.

This is the new DSFDF bi-weekly challenge ... summer veggies.... Thanks Karin... have been meaning to try painting still life. This is a small watercolor crayon sketch on a new watercolor A5 (5.75x8 inches) pad. This time I actually added water...and enjoyed it.
